Acthar patient support services offers no-cost support options. These services can help you get your treatment as soon as possible. They also provide in-home injection training and can help answer your questions.

The Acthar support team:

  • Contacts your insurance company to help try to secure the best insurance at the lowest possible co-pay
  • Helps ensure that Acthar is sent directly to your home as fast as possible
  • Helps make Acthar affordable for patients by identifying sources of financial assistance including:
    • $0 co-pay for eligible patients with commercial or private insurance*
    • Offering Acthar at no cost for eligible uninsured and underinsured patients
    • Other sources of financial assistance for qualified patients in need
  • Provides injection training in the comfort of your own home from a registered nurse if you choose

*Up to a maximum co-pay benefit of $25,000 per person is available per calendar year. This program is not for patients receiving prescription reimbursement under any federal-, state-, or government-funded insurance programs or where prohibited by law. Please see additional Terms and Conditions.
