H.P. Acthar Gel is a natural formulation of the hormone corticotropin. The
administration of corticotropin stimulates release of natural steroids produced
by the body.

| Question: How do I prepare H.P. Acthar Gel for use? |

H.P. Acthar Gel is ready to use. There is nothing to mix. It is important,
however, that you allow the gel to become warm and liquefied before use
(about 37°C or 98.6°F [body temperature]). To help warm the vial, just roll
it between the palms of your hands for a few minutes.

Store H.P. Acthar Gel under refrigeration between 36°-46°F (2°-8°C).
H.P. Acthar Gel should be warmed to
room temperature before using. Caution: Do not over pressurize the vial
prior to withdrawing the product.
